13、ISO 10368:2006ivForeword ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member body interested in a subje
14、ct for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC
15、) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization. International Standards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2. The main task of technical committees is to prepare International Standards. Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committe
16、es are circulated to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an International Standard requires approval by at least 75 % of the member bodies casting a vote. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. ISO shall not be h

ISO 10368 was prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 104, Freight containers, Subcommittee SC 2, Specific purpose containers.This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (ISO 10368:1992), which has been technically revised.
18、 BS ISO 10368:2006vIntroduction In revising this International Standard, material relating to the RCD/Controller interface has been deleted as it is not relevant to the powerline interface, and the section on data logging formats has been deleted as it is not used in the industry. Where necessary, o
19、ther smaller additions, deletions and corrections have been applied. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) draws attention to the fact that it is claimed that compliance with this document may involve the use of a patent concerning the low and high data rate systems given in 5.4 a
20、nd 5.5 respectively. ISO takes no position concerning the evidence, validity and scope of this patent right. The holder of this patent right has assured ISO that he/she is willing to negotiate licences under reasonable and non-discriminatory terms and conditions with applicants throughout the world.
