21、orjoiningprocedures(welding)oras cuttinggasesforseparatingprocedures(cutting). Toachievereproducibleprocessingresultstheworkinggashastobesuppliedwithawelldefinedandlongterm stablepressureandgasflowtothepointofuse.Thepurposeofthemeasurementsistocheckthereadingsofthe machineinstruments. 4 Gaspressurea

22、ndgasflow Thegaspressureisdividedintwopressurerangesof1MPa(10bar).Thegasflowis specifiedinlitresperminutel/min. 5 Examinationprocedure 5.1General ThelimitdeviationsarespecifiedinENISO156161:2003,Table2. Testingshallbecarriedoutusingtheprocessintheabsenceofthelaserbeamandworkpiece(i.e.noweldingor cut

23、tingtakesplace). 5.2 Measuringdevicesandprocedure 5.2.1 General Themeasuringdevicesusedshallbesuitableforthetestingwithrespecttothemeasuringrangeandthemaximum valueandrequiredaccuracy.ENISO156163:2003(E) 5 Allcomponentsbeingused,e.g.connectingfittings,hosesanddatapickupsshallbesuitableforthegasinque

24、stion atthepressureused. Thelimiterrorofthemeasuringdevicesshallbeatleast2%oftheirmaximumscalereading.Theequipmentshall becheckedforleaksaftersetup. Thetestequipmentandthesupplysystemshallbepurgedbeforetestingalternativegases.Thefumeextraction systemshallbeswitchedonduringtesting. 5.2.2 Testingofthe

25、gaspressure Theaccuracyofthegaspressuregaugesshallbeselectedaccordingtothetestrequirements. Thegaugeinstrumentrangeshouldbe10/16(measuringrange/maximumscalereading)forpressuresupto10bar and20/40forpressuresupto20bar.Toavoiderrorsofmeasurement,thepickupsshouldbeascloseaspossibleto thepickupforthemach

26、ineinstrument.Ifothergaspressuregaugesareusedtherequirementsaccordingto5.2.1 shallberespected. Measurementsshallbecarriedoutwithflowinggasstream:theflowrateorpressureshallbespecifiedforeachtype ofgas.Thefirstreadingshallbetakenafter2sandshallberecordedfor1mincontinuously.Measurementsshall coverthein

27、tendedworkingrangeoftheCO 2 laserbeammachine. 5.2.3 Testingofthegasflow Thegasflowgaugesshallbeselectedaccordingtothetestrequirements.Iftheselectedgaugerequires simultaneouspressuremeasurements(gasflowgaugewithfloatelement)theseshouldbeplacedclosetothegas flowgauge. Themanufacturerscorrectivefactors
