16、The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-g

21、rd specifies a method to determine the resistance of geosynthetics to penetration by a steel cone dropped from a fixed height. The degree of penetration is an indication of the behaviour of the geosynthetic when sharp stones are dropped on its surface. The method is generally applicable to geosynthe
22、tics.
