8、the direction of the General Mechanical Engineering Standards Policy Committee and is the English language version of EN22341:1992 Clevis pins with head, published by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN). It is identical with ISO2341:1986, published by the International Organization for

9、Standardization (ISO). EN22341:1992 was produced as a result of international discussion in which the United Kingdom took an active part. This British Standard supersedes BS5894:1980 which was identical to ISO2341:1972 and has now been withdrawn in accordance with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulation

10、s. A British Standard does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract. Users of British Standards are responsible for their correct application. 17、ttee CEN/TC155 “Threaded and non threaded mechanical fasteners and accessories” the secretariat of which is held by DIN decided to submit the International Standard ISO2341:1986 “Clevis pins with head” to the formal vote procedure. The result was positive. In the countries bound to implement this Eu

18、ropean Standard a national standard identical to this European Standard shall be published at the latest by1993-01-31 and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by1993-01-31. According to the CEN/CENELEC Common Rules the following countries are bound to implement this Europe

30、inish treated with a rust-preventative lubricant, unless otherwise specified by agreement between customer and supplier. Preferred coatings are black oxide, phosphate coating or zinc plating with chromate conversion coating (see ISO 2081 and ISO 4520). Other coatings as agreed between customer and s

31、upplier. All tolerances shall apply prior to the application of a plating or coating. Workmanship Parts shall be uniform in quality and free of irregularities or detrimental defects.
