18、ied in Table 1 represent safety information with which combustible air fresheners shall be labelled. It shall be visible

20、 and legible on the packaging or product. In cases that the safety labelling on the packaging or product is not practical, an instruction leaflet shall be available at the point of sale. Figure 3 (see Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009) can be used to refer to these instructions. BS EN 16740:2015EN 16740:

21、2015 (E) 6 Figure 3 Reference to enclosed or attached information If safety information texts are chosen rather than safety information symbols then they shall be given in their own national language or languages of the country in which the products are marketed. The number of symbols or texts used

22、for each product should be based on risk assessment. 4.2 Layout of a product safety label A product safety label for combustible air fresheners consists of the following components: Form 1: General warning sign (see Figure 4) and supplementary safety information symbol (see Table 1, 1st column); or

23、Form 2: General warning sign (see Figure 4) and supplementary safety information text (see Table 1, 2nd column). Figure 4 ISO 7010-W001, General warning sign The safety information symbol or text shall be placed below or beside the general warning sign and can be combined with the ones present in EN

24、 15494 in case of scented candles. To draw the attention of the user to the product safety label it is recommended to use the safety colour yellow (see ISO 3864-2:2004, Table 1).
