38、iveLPGsystemcomplywithprEN12805andprEN12806 additional equipmentrequiredfortheeffectiveoperationoftheengine,notcoveredbyprEN12805andprEN12806are installedonlyinpartsoftheLPGsystemwherethepressureislessthan20kPa, allpartsofthesystemaresecurelyfastened, theLPGsystemhasbeentestedandcorrectedforleaks, t

Excludingthecontainer,nocomponentoftheL

40、PGsystem,includinganyprotectivematerialwhichformpartof suchcomponents,shallprojectbeyondtheexternalsurfaceofthevehicle,withtheexceptionofthevehicle connectorifthisdoesnotprojectmorethan10mmbeyondthenominallineofthebodypanel.Nocomponent oftheLPGsystem,includingitsprotectivematerialifapplicable,exclud

41、ingthecontainer,shallbeinstalled belowtheloweredgeofthevehicle.NocomponentoftheLPGsystemshallbelocatedwithin100mmofthe exhaustorsimilarheatsource,unlessadequateshieldingagainstheatisprovided, theinstallationoftheautomotiveLPGsystemcomplieswiththerelevantelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC) requirements

IncaseofaretrofitinstallationoftheLPGsystem,themanufacturerofthesystemshallsupplyinstallation instructionstotheinstalleroftheLPGsystem. 5.2ConnectionstoLPGsystem Noappliancesshallbeconnectedtothepropulsionsystemotherthanthosestrictlyrequiredfortheproper operationoftheengineofthemotorvehicle.EN1297

43、9:2002(E) 8 MotorvehiclesofcategoriesM 2 ,M 3 ,N 2 ,N 3 andM 1 (seeannexA)havingamaximumtotalmassofmorethan3500 kgfittedwithacompartmentheatingsystemwhichisconnectedtotheLPGsystemshallbeadequatelyprotected againstunintendedgasescapeandtheoperationoftheLPGpropulsionsystemshallnotbeaffected. Cookingap

44、pliancesconnectedtothevapourphaseofthecontainershallbeadequatelyprotectedagainst unintendedgasescapeandtheoperationoftheLPGpropulsionsystemshallnotbeaffected. Heatingand/orcookingsystemshallnotbeconnectedtotheliquidphaseofthecontainer.Thevapourtakeoff systemshallbeprotectedbyamanualorremotelycontroll
