20、the dry film lubricant. 2 Normative References This European Standard incorporates by dated or undated reference, provisions from other publications. 22、d as a film Technical specification 1) . 3 Test equipment glass dish (diameter approximately64mm); ventilated oven of suitable type; precision balance; desiccator. 4 Procedure Mix the dry lubricant to obtain a uniform dispersion. Weigh the dish and add(5 0.1)g of product. Place the dish and its cont

23、ent in the ventilated oven set at(50 3) C for(18 1)h. Then increase the temperature to(205 3) C for(60 5)min; (the dish may also be transferred to another oven at(205 3) C and left for the same period). Place the dish in a desiccator and leave it to return to room temperature. Weigh the dish and its

24、 contents. 5 Expression of results Express as a percentage of solids content relative to the mass of the dry lubricant sample. 6 Test report It shall include the following: reference to this standard; designation to EN3021; solids content expressed in conformity with5. 1) In preparation at the date
