20、d to determine the adhesion of metallic coatings by shearing action. It applies to coatings with a hardness: 75m, U 250HV to700HV and a thickness ofU 15m. It is applicable whenever referenced. 2 Normative references This European Standard incorporates by dated or undated reference, provisions from o

23、dure Cut the test specimen with the saw in order to obtain a test surface that is compatible with the file used. File the section in a horizontal position from the substrat towards the coating. The file shall be applied on the surface only during the forward stroke. 5 Fault sanction No flaking is pe

24、rmissible after visual inspection with the naked eye. 6 Test report It shall include the following: reference to this standard; reference number of the part or test specimen; nature of the coating; thickness of the coating; test surface of the test specimen cut with saw; type of file used; test resu
