It is identical with CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC)25300:1980 “Harmonized system of quality assessment for electronic components: Sectional specification: Magnetic oxide cores for power applications”. This stand

8、ard is a harmonized specification within the CECC system. Terminology and conventions. The text of the CECC specification has been accepted as suitable for publication as a British Standard without deviation. Some terminology and certain conventions are used, however, that are not identical with tho

9、se used in British Standards; attention is especially drawn to the following. The comma has been used throughout as a decimal marker. In British Standards it is current practice to use a full point on the baseline as the decimal marker. Cross-references. The British Standard harmonized with CECC0010

19、a harmonized System for electronic components of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate,

20、 of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby accepted by all member countries without further testing. This document has been formally approved by the CECC, and has been prepared for those countries taking part in the System who wish to issue national harmonized specification

21、s for Magnetic oxide cores for power applications. It should be read in conjunction with document CECC00100: Basic Rules (1974). At the date of printing of this document, the member countries of the CECC are Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerl

Preface This sectional specification was prepared by CECC Working Group12: “Magnetic Components”. It is one of a series of sectional specifications all relating to the generic specification p

23、rinted as CECC25000. In accordance with the requirements of document CECC00100, it is based, wherever possible, on the Recommendations of the International Electrotechnical Commission and in particular on IEC Publication 367: Cores for inductors and transformers for telecommunications. The text of t

24、his sectional specification was circulated to the CECC for voting in document CECC (Secretariat)800in March1979, and following ratification of the Report on the Voting in CECC (Secretariat)870in January1980, was approved by the CECC Management Committee for printing as a CECCSpecification. This docu

25、ment contains the front page and test schedules to be used in preparation of detail specifications. Scope This sectional specification lists the characteristics, ratings and inspection requirements for magnetic cores of assessed quality for power applications and chokes intended for professional and industrial applications, excluding linear and tuned transformers and mains frequency power tr

27、ansformers. It selects from the generic specification CECC25000the appropriate methods of test to be used in detail specifications derived from this specification. Section 2. 31、 properties): since no systematic classification of the lectromagnetic properties is available in CECC, each detail specification shall clearly define the class or material grade to which it applies. It may also state the appropriate class designation. Normally, a detail specification will cover cor

32、es of one shape, size and class. Section 3. Quality assessment procedures The tests given in Table 1 shall be included in each detail specification for magnetic oxide power transformer cores. These tests shall be carried out in accordance with the measuring methods presented in Section4 of CECC25000

33、 or as listed in2.1. Visual examination and measurement of dimensions may be carried out on half cores, all other tests being carried out on a set. 41、nd IEC68-2-2. For example: “the temperature range for amplitude permeability shall be from 10 C to + 100 C.” Any interdependance of these conditions shall also be stated. Limiting values of temperature shall preferably be chosen from IEC68-2-1 and IEC68-2-2. For example: “the temperature range shall

44、e acceptance of any physical imperfections shall be judged on the basis of IEC424. The permissible percentage of chipping shall be stated in the detail specification. The marking shall be clearly legible as determined by visual examination. 5.5.2 Dimensions Primary dimensions: i.e.those dimensions c

45、ontrolled by the gauge(s) defined in the appropriate IEC Publication, for example, for EC cores: IEC647. In the case where the dimensions of the cores are not defined in an IEC Publication, primary dimensions are those dimensions that are essential in the application. The remaining dimensions are se

46、condary dimensions. Secondary dimensions: i.e.those dimensions shown in the appropriate IEC Publication but not controlled by the gauge(s). 5.5.3 Effective parameters 5.5.4 Electrical properties Specify clamping force and test coils for electrical measurements. 1) Inductance factor A L Operating con
