1、Designation: E 543 06Standard Specification forAgencies Performing Nondestructive Testing1This standard is issued under the fixed designation E 543; the number immediately following the designation indicates the year oforiginal adoption or, in the case of revision, the year of last revision. A numbe

Asuperscript epsilon (e) indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.This specification has been approved for use by agencies of the Department of Defense.1. Scope1.1 This specification covers minimum requirements forage
3、ncies performing nondestructive testing (NDT).1.2 When using this specification to assess the capability of,or to accredit NDT agencies, Guide E 1359 shall be used as abasis for the survey. It can be supplemented as necessary withmore detail in order to meet the auditors specific needs.1.3 This spec
4、ification can be used as a basis to evaluatetesting or inspection agencies, or both, and is intended for usefor the qualifying or accrediting, or both, of testing orinspection agencies, public or private.1.4 This standard does not purport to address all of thesafety concerns, if any, associated with
5、 its use. It is theresponsibility of the user of this standard to establish appro-priate safety and health practices and determine the applica-bility of regulatory limitations prior to use.2.
