Findings Comparisons have been made between our company and Linbury in th

But the number of orders we received this year sees a decrease as against last year. By looking into the turnover, it is found that Linburys p

9、roducts are sold at a lower price than ours which poses a threat to us. Despite its low price, it has a higher profit margin than us this shows its product cost is quite low. After careful comparison and study, I have several suggestions to make. Firstly, we should find some methods to lower our pro

Secondly, while we need to maintain our old clients. we must look for more potential clients, Thirdly, diversified products will definitely help us open up more markets. So more new products should be developed. Conclusion Drastic measures must be taken immediately to ensure we wont fail in this fierce competition.
