In exceptional circumstances, however, the publication of a Technical Report of one of the following types may be proposed : - type 1 , the subject is still under technical development requiring wi

7、der exposure ; - type 2, a Technical Committee has collected data of a different kind from that which is normally published as a European Standard. The Technical Committee C8, Engines, decided to publish this document in the form of a Technical Report of type 2, because contained information consist

8、s of values for guidance and must in no way be considered as a technical requirement. Design solution of a 60, spherical tube coupling remains the sole responsibility of the designer. Straight union I port, check for sharp edges , . O-ring, check they ar

36、e neither floppy, nor brittle, also check for cuts and peeling ; - Smear O-ring, installation tooling and the straight union thread with a thin coat of the lubricant recommended for application. Place the O-ring in the nipple groove taking great care not to damage it when moving it along the thread

37、(tapered sleeve made from foil for instance). Install the straight union in its port to the torque specified in table 1. 4.2 Tube coupling nut 4.2.1 Wire swivel nut After the nut has been placed on the ferrule, insert the thrust wire in the receptacle. During the operation nut shall be held firmly.

38、Check the end of the thrust wire does not protrude from the nut. 4.2.2 Nut installation Smear the straight union outer thread and the ferrule aft shoulder with a thin coat of lubricant recommended for application. While holding the straight union in position with a wrench : - Apply the tightening to

40、mbler : . raccord droit / logement, vrifier les angles casss ; . joint torique, vrifier quils sont souples et exempts de coupure et darrachement. - Enduire dune fine couche dun lubrifiant recommand pour lapplication, le joint, loutillage dinstallation et le filetage du raccord droit. Placer le joint

41、 torique dans la gorge du graisseur en prenant grand soin de ne pas lendommager lors du mouvement le long du filetage (manchon conique en clinquant par exemple). Installer le raccord droit dans son logement selon le couple spcifi dans le tableau 1. 4.2 crou du raccord sphrique 4.2.1 crou jonc Aprs l

42、a mise en place de lcrou sur lolive, insrer le jonc dans son rceptacle. Tenir fermement lcrou durant lopration. Vrifier que lextrmit du jonc ne sort pas de lcrou. 4.2.2 Installation de lcrou Enduire le filetage extrieur du raccord droit et lpaulement arrire de lolive dune fine couche dun lubrifiant

43、recommand pour lapplication. En tenant le raccord droit en position avec une cl : - appliquer le couple de serrage spcifi au tableau 1 en utilisant une cl dynamomtrique ; - relcher dun quart de tour et resserrer au couple spcifi. O-Ringe, sicherstellen, da sie weder biegsam noch brchig sind ; auf Schnitte und Absplitterungen hin untersuchen ; - Schmieren des O-Ringes, des Einbau-

45、Werkzeuges und des Gewindes der Verschraubung mit einer dnnen Schicht des fr die Anwendung empfohlenen Schmiermittels. Den O-Ring in den Schmiernippel legen und dabei darauf achten, ihn bei der Fhrung entlang des Gewindes nicht zu beschdigen (spitz zulaufende Hlse aus Metallfolie zum Beispiel). Anbr

46、ingen der Verschraubung im Gewindeloch gem dem in Tabelle 1 angegebenen Drehmoment. 4.2 Mutter der Rohrverschraubung 4.2.1 Uberwurfmutter Nach Befestigung der Mutter am Stutzen, Einbringung des Schubdrahtes in sein Aufnahmestck. Whrend des Vorganges mu die Mutter festgehalten werden. Sicherstellen,

47、da die Enden des Schubdrahtes nicht aus der Mutter herausragen. 4.2.2 Einbau der Mutter Das uere Gewinde und den hinteren Ansatz des Stutzens mit einer dnnen Schicht des fr die Anwendung empfohlenen Schmiermittels schmieren. Whrend die Verschraubung mit einem Schraubenschlssel festgehalten wird: - das in Tabelle 1 angegebene Anziehdrehmoment aufbringen unter Verwendung eines geeichten Schlssels; - um 114 Umdrehung lockern und mit angegebenem Drehmoment erneut anziehen.
