Liner: self-lubricating liner per EN 2755. 4.4 Surface treatment Surface treatment should be as defined in chapter 5 (designation) with following codes: Code T: surface treatment according to ISO 8075 f

37、or inner ring before swaging. Outer ring: no treatment. Code P: surface treatment according to ISO 8075 for inner ring before swaging. Cadmium plating of outer ring according to EN 2133, 5 m to 8 m (0.2 in to 0.3 in). 4.5 Swaging groove Swaging groove should be described in chapter 5 (designation) w

38、ith following codes: Without swaging groove code S: Surface treatment according to ISO 8075 for inner ring before swaging. Cadmium plating of outer ring: 5 m to 8 m (0.2 in to 0.3 in) according to EN 2133. (Cylindrical surface area, chamfers and both end surfaces at manufactures option), followed by

39、 chromating. With swaging groove code R: Surface treatment according to ISO 8075 for inner ring before swaging. Cadmium plating of outer ring: 5 m to 8 m (0.2 in to 0.3 in) according to EN 2133. (cylindrical surface area, broken angles and radii, respectively, as well as both end surfaces up to the

The marking position as per manufacturers option. Bear

48、ings ordered without technology code shall be delivered marked in accordance with its technology code. 7 Technical specification Technical specification should be according to EN 2755. 8 Quality management system The manufacturers operations shall be an approved production organisation for aerospace

49、 products and shall demonstrate that it has implemented and is able to maintain a quality management system (e. g. according to EN 9100 or another in aerospace accepted and established quality management system).
