43、rdance with EN ISO 9001 and/or EN 9100, which defines the actual manufacturing procedure and inspection verification stages to be followed in the production of a product/part to ensure that: the product/part is produced in a controlled and consistent manner; special properties and/or function in ser

44、vice are reproducible; the product/part fulfils the requirements of the technical specification and material specification. 4 Requirements 4.1 General requirements 4.1.1 Manufacturing schedule The product shall be manufactured to fulfil the requirements of the relevant material specification and thi

45、s technical specification. 4.1.2 Traceability The basic raw materials of all products shall be traceable to the raw material batches at all stages of manufacture and delivery. Similarly, these raw materials batches shall be traceable to all stages of manufacture and delivery. 4.1.3 Health, safety an

46、d environment It is the responsibility of the supplier to establish satisfactory health and safety information to ensure conformity with any European, National or local laws/regulations. The manufacturer shall supply with the qualification sample or his first delivery whichever is applicable, and an

47、y subsequent delivery where information may have changed, a material safety data sheet which shall include all necessary safety related indications concerning transport, storage, use and disposal of the material. 4.2 Technical requirements 4.2.1 General The product shall satisfy the requirements of

48、the relevant material specification and/or the order. 4.2.2 Required testing Unless otherwise stated in the material specification, the test method, the test frequency and the number of test samples or test pieces, for screening, qualification testing and release testing shall be in accordance with

49、the requirements of Annex A. 4.2.3 Test samples Test samples used for analysis shall be representative of the product. Unless otherwise stated in the material specification or reference test method standard, products shall be sampled and prepared for testing in accordance with EN ISO 15528 and EN ISO 1513. prEN 3840:20068 Test
