Include in this specification any additional equipment/devices necessary to meet state and local regulations.UFC 3-460-01 requires underground storage tanks and underground piping to be monitored for leaks in accordance with 40 CFR 280, 40 CFR 281, 49 CFR 195, and any applicable state an
