ASTM E 18-67 - Tests for Rockwell Hardness and Rockwell Superficial Hardness of Metallic Materials 3 e REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Material.-Materials shall be in accordance with the applicable drawings and specifications . 3,2 Parts.-The parts shall compl

8、y with all requirements specified onawing E10246025, all associated drawings, and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications. (including quenching-and-tempering, normalizing, normalizing- and-tempering, annealing, and stress-relieving) operations, shall be performed in such a manne

11、welds shall be reasonably smooth and free o + craters. They shall exhibit characteristics of good fusion, penetration, and soundness of deposit representative of good welding practice, be such as to prevent warpage beyond dimensional requirements. The process shall 3.4.1 Qualification of Welders .-O

12、nly welders qualified in accordance with Specification MIL-T-5021 shall be permitted to weld steel componentse A complete qualification test for each welder or welding operator-in making warhead skins shall consist of? making butt weld qualification test coupons in accordance with Specification MIL-
