The ramp shall have a rated load capacity of 12,000 pounds. 3

The ramp shall be capable of withstanding the stresses induced by loads of 200 percent of rated capacity without permanent defor- mation or indications of material or workmanship defects when tested as specified in 4.5.2.3. 3.8 Workmanship. Before and after painting, all parts and a

16、ssemblies uf the ramp shall be free from sand, dirt, ftns, sprues, scale, flux, and other harmful extraneous ma.Ceriai 4. QlJALIXY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for Inspection. Enless otherwise specified in the contract OP purchase order, Che supplier is responsible for the performance of

Except as otherwise speci- fied in the contract OF order, the supplier may use his own or any other facilities suitable for the performance of the inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the Government. A forklift truck carrying a 4000-pound load as specified in 3.5, shall be operated up and dawn the ramp not less than 10 times after the ramp has been assembled to determine conformance with 3.6.
