SCOPE. 1.1 This

2、specification contains requirements not nor- mally covered by drawings and provides quality assurance provisions for the fabrication and packaging of the metal parts for the Mine, Antipersonnel, XM74. 2. Materials shall be in accordance with ci the applicable drawings and specifications. drawings 9292605, 92926339, 9292645, -9292673, 9

The Case Assembly, 9292639, shall pass 3.4 Fir

10、st article inspection. This specification con- tains technical provisions for first article inspection. Requirements for the submission of first article samples by * the contractor shall be as soecified in the contract. 3.5 Workmanship. All part and assemblies shall be fab- ricated, and assembled in

11、 a thorough, workmanlike manner. They shall be free of burrs, chips, sharp edges, cracks, surface defects, dirt, grease, rust, corrosion products and other foreign matter. The cleaning method used shall not be injurious to any part nor shall the parts be contaminated by the cleaning agent. All requi

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection and standard quality assurance provisions. Unless otherwise specified herein or in the c

13、ontract, the provisions of MIL-A-48078 shall apply and are hereby made a part of this detail specification. 4.2 Classification of inspections. The following types of inspection shall be conducted on this item: a. First Article Inspection 4.3 4.3. b. Quality Conformance Inspection First article inspe

14、ction Submission. The contractor shall submit a first article sample as designated by the contracting officer for evaluation in accordance with provisions of 4.3.2.
