10、earing. The aft bearing shell fit in the housing to itsfull depth of seat, shall be lubricatedwith the lubricant specifled onthe applicable drawing, and the Inner race of the bearing shall rotatewithout binding.3.3.2 Aft gun support. The aft gun support shell be fastenedsecurely to the rotor with th

11、e bolts as specified on the applicable drawingso that there shell be no relative movement of the aft gun support on therotor and shell retain the rotor within the housing.3.3.3 %z-re. The barrels shell be so fabricatedthat upon beingassembled to the kotor assembly, the requirement for targeting and

12、accuracyhereinafterprescrlbed shall be capable of being met.3.3.3.1 The barrels shall be free of cracks, seams, and mutilations.The bore and chamber shall be free of foreign matter, corrosion,pits,burs, sharp edges, bulges, and deformation. The chromiumplating in thechamber and bore shall be free of

13、 nodules,anode burns, flaking, andstripping. Scratches or marks, occurring In the chamberwhich otherwisemeets the surface roughness requirements,shell be permitted provided theydo not cause marks on the case of a high-pressuretest cartridge fired inthe chamber (see 4.6.3). The barrels shell be proof

14、 and umgnetic particleinspectionmarked in accordancewith the applicable drawings.3.3.3.2 with the barrel clamp removed, the barrels shell assembleto and disassemble from the rotor assemblywithout the use of tools.3.3.4 Barrel clamp. The barrel clamp shell be fastened securely tothe barrel by the bol

15、t as specified on the applicable drawing so thatthere shall be no relative radial movement of the barrel clamp on thebarrels.3.3.5 Bolt assemblies. The bolt assemblies shell move throughtheir full range of travel on the trackways of the rotor assembly withoutbinding. During the forward motion of the

16、 bolt assemblies, the firingpin tang shall engage the cam on the rotor and shall be held in the cockedposition on the rotor until rotation of the bolt head causes disengagementof the fIring pin tang. Once disengaged from the rotor, the fIrlng pinshell be driven forwaid by spring action. With the rem

17、ovable tracks re-moved from the rotor assembly, the bolt assemblies shall readily assembleto and disassemble from the treckways of the rotor“assenibly.The firingpin shall move through its full range of travel in the bolt body and bolt3Provided by IHSNot for ResaleNo reproduction or networking permit

The lockingpinsshall.be secorelyretained iu the bolt head by the spring pin so a71that there shall be no relative movement of

19、the locking pins. The camroller shall be retained on the bolt body by the thrust washer as specifiedon the applicable drawing and shell rotate on the bolt body without binding.When the bolt assembly is in the unlocked p-asitionas in the machinegunand the firing pin is held fnrward against the lockin

20、g pins in the bolthead, the tip of the firing pin shall be flush with or below the face ofthe bolt head (cartridgeseat). The bolt head subassembliesshall beproof and magnetic particle inspectionmarked In accordancewith theapplicable drawings.3.3.6 Guide bar. The guide bar shall be securely retained

21、on thehousing by the screw and spring pin ao that there shall be no rebtivemovement.3.3.-I Housing. The spline nut shall be securely retained in thehousing aaspecifiedon theapplicabledrawing ao that thereshellbenn relativelooseness.3.3.8 Housing cover and saflng sector. The housing cover and safings

22、ector shall be secuxely retiined on the housing by the quick release pinsand shall readily assemble to and disassemble from the housing when thequick release pins are removed. The quick release pins shall readilyassemble to and disassemble from their respectivepositions and whenassembled shall remai

23、n in position by action of the ball detents.3.3.9 Identificationplate. The identiflcation plate shall be a71 securely attached to the housing by the drive screws so that there shellbe no relative movement.3.3.10 Removable tracks. The removable tracks shall.be retained onthe rotor assembly by the stu

24、ds and nuts and shall readlm assemble toand disassemble from the rotor assemblywithout the neceseity of looseningthe nuts more than two turns. The renmvsble tracks shell retain the boltasaesioliesin the trackways of the rotor assembly3.3.1.1 Rotor aBSeMbly. The forward and aft gears shall be fastene

25、dsecurely to the rotor by the epring pins as specifiedon the applicabledrawing so that there shall be no relative mnvement of these prts.
