All materials and coinponents used in the manufacture and assembly of the drum shall conforn to the specifications and drawings forming a part of this specification. 3.2 Manufacture and assembly. The assembl

When tested drum shall be manufactured and Dwg) c6-16-1 and subsidiary as specified in 4.4.4.1, the sealed, empty drum shall show no evidence of warpege, delmination, or mositure inside the drum. 3.4 Compression strength.
