Intended Use. bakeries a

2、nd pastry kitchens for transportis dough. The dough troughs covered by this CID are intended for use in Sizes : P Size 4 - 4 ft. long Size 6 - 6 ft. 10% Salient Characteristics: Description. The dough trough shall be fabricated of stainless steel (min. 12 gage) conforming to ASTM-A167 and shalX have

3、 a rectangular shape. The top of the doilgh trough shall have a rolled rim tightly closed and seal welded against the wall of the trough. less steel. The ends shall be welded to the sides and bottom. Caster shoes shall be completely inclosed and be seal welded to the trough body. The sides and botto

4、m of the trough shall be formed of one sheet stain- Casters. swivel casters bolted to caster shoes. 8、marketplace. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for under the provisions of the contract.
