INTRODUCTION The intent of this standard is to specify the minimal transmission performance characteristics, consistent with good engineering practice, of television transmission systems for transmission of 525-line NTSC color or monochrome video and associated audio sign

48、als suitable for television broadcasting or for similar application. These limits are used for the acceptance of new systems or restoration of existing systems after maintenance. It should be noted that transmission systems utilize analog, digital, or a mixture of analog and digital techniques. 2, S
