In accordance with 4.1 above, com- ponents and materials shall be inspected and tested in accordance with all the requirements of reference specifications, drawings, and standards unless otherwise excluded, mended, xodified, or qualified in this speci

38、fication or applicable purchase docment. The preservation, packing, packaging and marking of the units shall be examined and tested to determine conformance with the requirements of section 5 of the specification, and as required by specifications referenced therein.
