Classification. The coveralls shall be in one

2、 type. Sizes. The coveralls shall be provided in the followi.ng sizes: Sizes - Extra-Small, Small, Medium, Large, Extra-Large. NOTE: Extra-Small, Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large may be abbreviated as XS, SM, MED, LG, and XLG. Abstract. This commercial item description covers the requirements f

3、or an industrial, lint-free coverall intended for wear by male personnel in the Department of Defense. Salient Characteristics. The coveralls shall be made from polyester taffeta cloth, have 5 buttons and 5 buttonholes, closure, shirt style collar, long sleeves, a right hip pocket and a left chest p

4、ocket with pencil opening. shall be double lapped, double stitched: Shoulder joining seams, setting sleeve seams, underarm sleeves, trouser to jacket joining seam, seat seam, inseams and outseams. The warp and filling yarns shall be semi-dull, multifilament, polyethylene glycol terephthalate. (A certificate of compliance shall be submitted for this requirement). T

8、he finished fabric shall have a minimum of 74 warp yarns per inch and 62 filling yarns per inch conforming to ASTM Test Method D3775 with a weight of 2.8 ounces per sq. yd. conforming to ASTM Test Method D3776. The color of the cloth shall be Tan 448. The dyed cloth shall show “good“ colorfastness t

9、o light, laundering and perspiration, and shall have a Munsell Value for crocking no lower than 8.5. The cloth shall not shrink more than 2.0 percent in either the direction of the warp or of the filling when tested in the “End Item Performance Testing“. End Item Performance Testinq. . The durable antistatic treatment can be met with Aston 123, and

Unitized loads, placing boxes on pallets, shall be used whenever total quantity for shipment to one destination exceeds 250 pounds (excluding the pallet) or 20 cubic feet

35、. Pallets shall have a length of 40 inches and a width of 48 inches. Pallet loads, including the pallet, shall not exceed 54 inches in height, 43 inches in length and 52 inches in width.
