9、es and influence our ways of thinking. People communicate more easily with relatives and friends with telephones, and travel through all kinds of vehicles, like buses, cars, trains, subways, ships and aeroplanes, which, in the ancient times, is unimaginable. 10、ly errands that took hours now only take a matter of minutes. Before the invention of the automobile, it took hours to go to the bank to get money and then go buy food. Today in a car someone can drive from their home to a drive-thru ATM and then directly to a supermarket with all the products they

Railway and aeroplane network allow you to get to any place in the world within less than 24 hours. The invention of cell phones makes you available to your business partners and friends.
12、As a result, nobody will be worried about getting lost and losing help from others. (Trains, automobiles, and heavy machinery save lots of energy and make work easier. Buildings took years to build only decades ago can now be built in a matter of months thanks to modern technology. Cranes save the e
13、nergy and lives of many steelworkers by allowing heavy material to be lifted without the effort of humans. In this way humans can move heavy objects with the flick of a switch.) What“s more, we are now in the period called Information Age. The presence of Internet has largely shortened the distance
14、between information and us. Nowadays, we don“t have to go to libraries to go through piles of books but only have to click on the computer mouse to get access to what we want to know. Internet makes us equal to each other on knowledge despite of resident places, races, nationality and income level.
15、The free world which our ancestors dreamed for thousands of years seems closer to us. In this virtual world, we are able to experience life that we can“t imagine, live updated with friends, express, organize groups and share. Our mind has been connected to the world, and we are able learn to cook wi
16、thout a chef, earn to invest without any banker, and to build up friendship without traveling long distance. Take our life goals for example, some people try to maximize their capital, some look for fame and popularity, while others are
