These include distribution class enclosed single-pole air switches, supports, mountings, fuse hooks, and tongs, all of the type used exclusively with distribution class enclosed single-pole air switches, and distribution cl

Introduction This introduction is not part of IEEE Std C37.45-2007, IEEE Standard Specifications for High-Voltage Distribution Class Enclos
8、ed Single-Pole Air Switches with Rated Voltages from 1 kV through 8.3 kV. This standard is a revision of American National Standard Specifications for Distribution Enclosed Single-Pole Air Switches, ANSI C37.45-1981(Reaff 1992), to bring it up to date and in line with present-day requirements for hi
9、gh-voltage switches. This standard was previously developed by the NEMA High Voltage Fuse Technical Committee (SG2). As of 2003, the responsibility for this standard has been transferred to the IEEE High-Voltage Fuse Subcommittee. Liaison was maintained with the International Electrotechnical Commis
10、sion (IEC) during the development of the revisions in order to incorporate the latest thinking up to the time of publication. This standard is one of a series of complementary standards covering various types of high-voltage fuses and switches, arranged so that some of the standards apply to all dev
11、ices and other standards provide additional specifications for a particular device.
