33、 SCPC-PSK transmission 1 Scope This section of IEC 835-3 deals with measurements carried out on service channel equipment utilizing SCPC-PSK (single-channel-per-carrier, phase-shift-keying) terminals. The measurements described are applicable to service channel equipment with voice inter- face. Meas

39、 maintenance and management of the satellite earth station network. At earth stations operating with SCPC, two channel units providing two pairs of frequencies, as described in IEC 835-3-9, are normally assigned for duplex transmission. The utilization of these frequency pairs for the transmission of different kinds of calls such as
