27、gsprfung von Ko-ordinatenmessgerten. Die Beurteilung der Leis-tungsfhigkeit von Koordinatenmessgerten ist inDIN EN ISO 10360-2 beschrieben. Diese Norm istvornehmlich fr Koordinatenmessgerte in kartesi-scher Bauart erarbeitet worden. Das Fehlerverhaltenvon Gelenkarm-Koordinatenmessgerten (KMG)untersc

28、heidet sich jedoch signifikant von dem karte-sischer KMG. Fr Gelenkarm-Koordinatenmessge-rte mssen deshalb besondere Prfverfahren festge-legt werden. Die Verfahren zur Beurteilung der Leistungsfhigkeitvon Gelenkarm-Koordinatenmessgerten sollen sichan den in der DIN EN ISO 10360-2 beschriebenenVerfah

29、ren orientieren und sich nicht wesentlich vonihnen unterscheiden. 33、 guideline published until 1999, the term“uncertainty of measurement” is often used where, according to thecurrently valid definition of the International Vocabulary of Basicand General Terms in Metrology (VIM) 1, the term “error ofmeasurement” ought to be used. Therefore, when using these partsof t

34、he guideline, “uncertainty of measurement” must usually be re-placed by “error of measurement”. The standard DIN EN ISO 10360-1 contains termi-nology used in the context of acceptance and reveri-fication testing of coordinate measuring machines.The assessment of the performance of coordinatemeasurin

35、g machines is described in DIN ENISO 10360-2. This standard primarily applies to co-ordinate measuring machines that perform measure-ments in the Cartesian coordinate system. However,the error behaviour of articulated-arm coordinatemeasuring machines (CMMs) differs significantlyfrom that of Cartesia

36、n CMMs. It is, therefore, re-quired to specify specific testing procedures for artic-ulated-arm coordinate measuring machines.If possible, the procedures for assessing the perform-ance of articulated-arm coordinate measuring ma-chines shall be based on the procedures described inDIN EN ISO 10360-2 a

37、nd shall not essentially differfrom them. This guideline primarily deals with thespecifics of articulated-arm CMMs which are notcovered by DIN EN ISO 10360-2. 40、ngen Die Prfungen gelten fr Gelenkarm-KMG mit min-destens vier Achsen, ohne Bercksichtigung von re-dundanten Achsen (siehe auch Abschnitt 2).2BegriffeArt der GelenkeGelenke sind die drehbaren Verbindungen zwischenden Gliedern des Gelenkarm-KMGs. Ein Gelenkkann aus mehreren mit Winkelmesssystemen (Dr

41、eh-gebern) versehenen Drehachsen bestehen. Dement-sprechend unterscheidet man Gelenke mit ein, zweiund drei Freiheitsgraden.Die drei Hauptgelenke werden in Analogie zummenschlichen Arm Schultergelenk, Ellenbogenge-lenk und Handgelenk genannt. Heute bliche Gertehaben in der Schulter und im Ellenbogen

42、 zwei Frei-heitsgrade, im Handgelenk zwei oder drei Freiheits-grade (Bild 2).Gelenkarm-KoordinatenmessgertEin Gelenkarm-Koordinatenmessgert (Gelenkarm-KMG) ist ein Messsystem, geeignet zur Messungrumlicher Koordinaten, das aus einer offenen Kettevon Gliedern fester Lnge besteht, welche durchDrehachs

43、en untereinander und mit der festen Umge-bung verbunden sind, sowie einem Messkopfsystem,z.B. einem starren Taster, am freien Ende dieserKette. Die Drehachsen sind mit Winkelgebern verse-hen; aus den Winkeln und den festen Lngen derGlieder werden die kartesischen Koordinaten des je-weiligen Messpunk

44、ts errechnet.Messbereich/MessvolumenDer Messbereich (auch Messvolumen) ist der Durch-messer des kugelfrmigen Volumens, innerhalb des-sen mit dem Gelenkarm-KMG Koordinaten gemes-sen werden knnen (Bild 1). 47、 jointsJoints are the rotatable connections between the seg-ments of the articulated-arm CMM. A joint can con-sist of several rotary axles provided with angle-meas-uring systems (rotary encoders). Accordingly, adistinction is made between joints with one, two andthree degrees of freedom.In analogy t

48、o the human arm, the three main joints aredesignated shoulder joint, elbow joint and wrist. Cur-rent machines have two degrees of freedom each forshoulder and elbow and two or three degrees of free-dom for the wrist (Figure 2). Articulated-arm coordinate measuring machineAn articulated-arm coordinat

49、e measuring machine(articulated-arm CMM) is a measuring system allow-ing to determine spatial coordinates and consisting ofan open chain of fixed-length segments, rotary axlesinterconnecting the segments as well as connectingthem to the stationary environment, and a probingsystem such as a rigid probe provided at the free endof the chain. The rotary axles are equipped with an-gular encoders; the Cartesian coord
