23、ntact pattern is a representation of contactsurfaces of two engaged tooth flanks of a pair ofgears.Tooth contact patterns serve to assess both the tooth-ing geometry of an individual gear (for example, inconnection with a master gear) and the state of twoengaged gears under mounting conditions.Posit

24、ion and size of the tooth contact pattern are in-fluenced by the interaction of gearing errors, gearingcorrections, mounting tolerances, bearing clearancesand elastic deformations.From the tooth contact pattern conclusions can bedrawn as regards for the necessary gearing and/ormounting corrections.D

25、etails of definitions, reference values, tooth contactpattern specifications, tooth contact pattern assess-ment and information provided by tooth contact pat-tern testing are given in DIN 3993-1/-3.1 Purpose and scope of applicationThe present guideline describes procedures for test-ing tooth contac

27、seldorf 2000 VDI/VDE 2609 3 Tragbildprfungen unter Last mittels Abtragver-fahren die Bestimmung von Tragbildern durch Berech-nungDie Beurteilung erfolgt anhand der Lage, Form,Gre und Intensitt des Tragbildes durch Vergleichmit Bildvorlagen oder Vorschriften. Geprft wird ineingebautem Zustand im Getr

28、iebe oder in Prfvor-richtungen.Zweck der Richtlinie ist, durch eine einheitliche Vor-gehensweise bei der Vorbereitung und Durchfhrungder Tragbildprfung vergleichbare und reproduzier-bare Aussagen zu ermglichen.2 Tragbildprfung mittels Abdruckverfahren (ohne Last)Bei der Tragbildprfung mittels Abdruc

29、kverfahrenwerden die zu prfenden Zahnradflanken quasi last-los in Kontakt gebracht und gegeneinander abgerollt.Der Prfbereich beschrnkt sich bei Grogetriebenauf etwa zwei bis drei aufeinanderfolgende Zhne,wobei der Kontakt mittels Handkraft erzeugt wird.Bei Groseriengetrieben ist eine mehrfache berr

30、ol-lung der gesamten Verzahnung blich.Zur Tragbildbeurteilung werden diejenigen Flankenherangezogen, auf die sich das Kontrastmittel durchAbdruck bertragen hat.2.1 Verfahren2.1.1 Prfen mittels PrfvorrichtungTragbildprfungen mittels Prfvorrichtungen werdenim lastfreien Zustand durchgefhrt. Sie dienen

31、 zumeinen zur Fertigungsberwachung (Maschinenein-stellung) und zum anderen zur Endprfung von Rad-stzen, fr die kein zugehriges Gehuse verfgbarist.Fr die Prfung werden entweder spezielle Prfma-schinen oder Rollenprfstnde eingesetzt, bei denendie Lagerstellen (oder gleichwertige Referenzdurch-messer)

32、der Prfrder auf jeweils zwei parallelenRollen gelagert werden.Durch gezieltes Verndern der Achslagen von Radbzw. Ritzel kann relativ schnell ein bestimmtes Trag-bild eingestellt, geprft und/oder simuliert werden.2.1.2 Prfen im GehuseDie Tragbildprfung im Gehuse ist als Endprfungvon Grogetrieben zu v

The testsare carried out in the mounted state in the gearing orin test facilities.It is the purpose of this guideline to use uniform pro-cedures in the preparation and performance of thetooth contact pattern tests with a view to ensuringcomp

35、arable and reproducible statements.2 Tooth contact pattern testing by printing techniques (without load)In the tooth contact pattern test by printing tech-niques, the gear flanks to be tested are brought intocontact with one another quasi without load being ap-plied and are rolled off against each o

36、ther. For heavygearings the test area is limited to two or three succes-sive teeth, the contact being established by manualforce.For gearings manufactured in large batches, it is com-mon practice to repeatedly roll over the whole tooth-ing.To assess the tooth contact pattern, the flanks towhich the

37、marking compound has been applied areused.2.1 Procedures2.1.1 Testing by means of a testing facilityTooth contact pattern tests using testing facilities arecarried out without load. They serve on the one handto control the manufacture (machine setting) and onthe other hand for the final test of gear

38、 sets for whicha casing is not available.For the tests either special testing machines or rollertest assemblies are used, in which the bearings (orequivalent reference diameters) of the gears to betested are each located on two parallel rollers.By changing the axial positions of gear and pinion ina

39、specific way, a certain tooth contact pattern can beset, tested and/or simulated relatively fast.2.1.2 Testing of the tooth contact pattern in the gear casingThe tooth contact pattern test in the casing is to beunderstood as the final test of heavy gearings. Influ-ences on the structure of the tooth

Hierbei ist darauf zu achten, dassdas Gehuse nicht durch uere Krfte ve

41、rformt undsomit das Tragbild ungewollt beeinflusst wird.2.2 KontrastmittelFr die Tragbildprfung werden Pasten oder Pulverbenutzt, die gebrauchsfertig zu beziehen sind. In derPraxis haben sich die Farbtne Titanwei, Preuisch-blau und Karminrot bewhrt. Die Auswahl des Kon-trastmittels sollte nach den G

42、esichtspunkten dergrtmglichen Kontrastwirkung, dem Haftver-mgen, den Viskosittseigenschaften usw. erfolgen.2.3 Vorbereitung zur Prfung2.3.1 ReinigenDiejenigen Zahnflanken, die sich bei der Tragbild-prfung berhren sollen (Eingriffsbereich), mssenvor dem Auftragen des Kontrastmittels sorgfltig ge-rein

43、igt werden; sie mssen l- und fettfrei sein. DieReinigung ist mit rckstandslos verdunstenden Fls-sigkeiten (z.B. Spiritus) vorzunehmen.2.3.2 Auftragen des KontrastmittelsZum Auftragen der Pasten oder Pulver wird ein feinerHaarpinsel empfohlen. Bei Pasten ist das berschs-sige Kontrastmittel am Pinsel

44、durch Verstreichen aufsaugfhigem Untergrund (Lschpapier) vorher soweit zu entfernen, bis ein sprbarer Widerstand beimVerstreichen auftritt. Damit erhlt man eine Schicht-dicke von 5 bis 12 m. Mit dem so vorbereiteten Pin-sel sind ausreichend viele Zahnflanken einzustrei-chen, um den Eingriffsbereich

45、abzudecken. Es sollteeine mglichst gleichmige und dnne Schichtdickein Abhngigkeit von der vorhandenen Oberflchen-rauheit der Zahnflanken erzeugt werden.2.3.3 Bestimmen der Schichtdicke Um ein reproduzierbares Prfergebnis zu gewhrleis-ten, ist die Bestimmung der Kontrastmittel-Schicht-dicke unerlssli

Da dies am Zahnrad selbst nichtmglich ist, wird folgendes Vergleichsverfahren an-gewendet (Bild 1):Das Kontrastmittel wird mittels eines feinen Haarpin-sels auf eine Tuschierplatte aufgetragen. Anschlie-end wird ein Tuschierlineal (zweckmige Lngeetwa 300 mm) vorsichtig auf den eingestrichenen Be

47、-reich der Tuschierplatte aufgesetzt und dann untermglichst gleichmig verteiltem Druck (Handkraft)in Lngsrichtung mehrmals 5 bis 10 mm hin- undherbewegt. Bei dieser Prfung muss sich ein gleich-miger Kontrastmittelabtrag ber die gesamteBreite und Lnge des Tuschierlineals ergeben. Diessuch as, for exa

49、d, which can be purchased ready for use. Inpractice, the shades titanium white, mineral blue andcrimson have proved to be suitable.
