18、sei gedankt.EinleitungDie vegetationskundliche Aufnahme der Bestnde von Farn- und Bltenpflanzen ist eine grundlegende Methode, Daten zu gewinnen, auf deren Grundlage der Erhaltungszustand pflanzlicher Lebensgemein-schaften beurteilt werden kann, und eignet sich daher auch fr ein Monitoring der Wirku

19、ngen gentechnisch vernderter Organismen (GVO, siehe auch VDI 4330 Blatt 1). Bei Vegetationsaufnahmen werden das In-ventar (floristische Ausstattung) und die Deckung (Quantitt) der Farn- und Bltenpflanzen auf einer vorgegebenen Flche bestimmt. Eine wiederholte standardisierte Aufnahme derselben Unter

20、suchungs-flche ermglicht es, Vernderungen der Vegetation festzustellen, welche u. a. durch direkte oder indi-rekte Wirkungen von GVO im Freiland verursacht sein knnen. Die Zusammensetzung der Vegetation wird neben mglichen Einflssen von GVO stark durch das Klima, edaphische Faktoren und das Nut-zung

24、o all honorary con-tributors to this guideline.IntroductionRecording a vegetation survey of ferns and flowering plants is an essential method for collecting data that form the basis of an evaluation of the conservation status of plant biocoenoses, and is therefore suited for the monitoring of the ef

25、fects of genetically modified organisms (GMO, see also VDI 4330 Part 1). When preparing vegetation surveys, the inventory (floristic composition) and the coverage (quantity) of ferns and flowering plants on a predefined area are determined. Repeating surveys on the same area in a standardised manner

26、 enables assessment of changes in the vegeta-tion, which among others might be caused di-rectly or indirectly by GMO grown on open fields. In addition to possible effects of GMO, a vegetations composition is strongly influenced by the climate, edaphic factors, and the cultivation pattern. B55EB1B3E1

Sie geht ber die Anforderungen der DIN 19 686 hinaus.2Begriffe2.1 Diversitt von Farn- und BltenpflanzenDie Diversitt von Farn- und Bltenpflanzen ist die Vielfalt der Arten von Farnpflanzen (Pteridophyta) und Bltenpflanzen (Spermatophyta) einschlielich infraspezifischer Sippen (u. a. Unterarten, Va

30、rietten, Formen, kotypen) und interspezifischer Sippen (Hybriden).2.2 AufnahmeflcheDie Aufnahmeflche ist ein eindeutig begrenzter Ausschnitt der Erdoberflche, auf dem die Vegetati-onsaufnahme durchgefhrt wird.2.3 DeckungDie Deckung ist der prozentuale Anteil der Summe aller Teilflchen an der Aufnahm

31、eflche der Vegeta-tionsaufnahme, die bei einer gedachten senkrechten Projektion oberirdischer, lebender Pflanzenteile auf den Boden abgedeckt werden (Flchenanteil, der bei senkrechtem Sonnenstand von allen oberirdischen, lebenden Pflanzenteilen einer Art, einer Schicht oder eines Bestandes beschatte

32、t wird).2.4 PhnostufeDie Phnostufe gibt den jahreszeitlichen Entwick-lungszustand von Individuen einer Pflanzenart in einem Bezugsraum an.2.5 VitalittDie Vitalitt zeigt das Einwirken schdigender Fakto-ren, z. B. Schadinsekten, Trockenheit, hohe Schad-stoffkonzentrationen der Luft oder des Bodens, au

It exceeds the re-quirements of the DIN 19 686 standard.2 Terms and definition2.1 Diversity of ferns and flowering plantsThe diversity of ferns and flowering plants is the var-iability of fern (pteridophytes) and flowering-plant (spermatophytes) species, including infrasp

36、ecific groups (such as subspecies, varieties, forms or eco-types), and interspecific crosses (hybrids). 2.2 Survey areaThe survey area is an unambiguously defined part of the Earths surface, on which the vegetation survey is carried out.2.3 CoverageThe coverage is the percentage of the total area of

37、 all parts of the area of a vegetation survey that are cov-ered by an imaginary vertical projection of above-ground living parts of plants (the part of the survey area which is shadowed when the sun is directly over-head by all above-ground living plant parts of a spe-cies, a layer of vegetation, or

38、 the stand). 2.4 PhenophaseThe phenophase specifies the seasonal developmen-tal status of individuals of a plant species in a refer-ence area.2.5 VitalityThe vitality indicates the effect of damaging factors on plants, e. g., injurious insects, aridity, or high pol-lutant concentrations in air or so

39、il. 3 Identification and nomenclatureAll fern and flowering plants (including cultivated species) found in the survey area are determined down to the species level, or in case of aggregates, to the microspecies level. Infraspezifische Taxa (Unterarten, Varietten etc.) knnen differenziert werden, wenn diese Infor-mation bei der Auswertung und Interpretation der Ve-getationsaufnahmen erforderlich

Die Bestim-mung wird wahlweise mithilfe der folgenden Stan-dardfloren 1 bis 3 in der jeweils neuesten Auflage vorgenommen.Folgende Aggregate, die 15 oder mehr Kleinarten umfassen, werden in der Regel lediglich bis zur Rangstufe des Aggregats bestimmt: Alchemilla vul-garis agg., Festuca ovina a

42、gg., Ranunculus aurico-mus agg., Rubus corylifolius agg. und Rubus frutico-sus agg. Von einer Bestimmung bis zur Rangstufe von Kleinarten ausgenommen sind in der Regel auerdem die taxonomisch besonders schwierigen Gattungen Hieracium, Oenothera und Taraxacum, deren Bestimmung und Nomenklatur sich na

43、ch Oberdorfer 1 richten: Hieracium (Angabe der apo-miktischen Hauptarten ohne Klein- und Zwischen-arten), Oenothera (Angabe der Artengruppen), Tara-xacum (Angabe der Sektionen). Jedoch knnen auch Alchemilla vulgaris agg., Festuca ovina agg., Ranun-culus auricomus agg., Rubus corylifolius agg. und Ru

44、bus fruticosus agg. sowie die Gattungen Hiera-cium, Oenothera und Taraxacum bis zur Rangstufe von Kleinarten bestimmt werden, wenn diese Infor-mation bei der Auswertung und Interpretation der Vegetationsaufnahmen erforderlich ist.Bei allen Taxa der Aufnahmeflchen wird die zur Be-stimmung verwendete

45、Literatur angegeben.Die Nomenklatur richtet sich nach der Standardliste der Farn- und Bltenpflanzen Deutschlands 4 in der jeweils neuesten Auflage. Taxa, die nur bis zur Rang-stufe von Aggregaten bestimmt werden, werden mit dem Namen dieses Aggregats gem der Standard-liste der Farn- und Bltenpflanze

46、n Deutschlands 4 in der jeweils neuesten Auflage bezeichnet und erhal-ten den Zusatz agg.“. Fr Taxa, welche nicht in der Standardliste der Farn- und Bltenpflanzen Deutsch-lands 4 oder Oberdorfer 1 enthalten sind, gilt die Nomenklatur nach dem Handwrterbuch der Pflan-zennamen 5 in der jeweils neueste

47、n Auflage.Werden auch Moose und Flechten in den Aufnah-menflchen erfasst, so richten sich die Bestimmung und Nomenklatur der Arten dieser Gruppen nach 6; 7 in der jeweils neuesten Auflage.4 Durchfhrung der VegetationsaufnahmeDas Verfahren der Vegetationsaufnahme gliedert sich in mehrere Teile (modif
