14、nleitung Die Anforderungen an einen energieeffizienten,wirtschaftlichen und sicheren Betrieb der Techni-schen Gebudeausrstung (TGA) erfordern in derPlanung zunehmend Gesamtlsungen. Ein solches Zusammenspiel“ der Gewerke ist durch System-integrationen und deren sinnvoller Umsetzung zu erreichen. Die

15、Zusammenfhrung von Informationen ausunterschiedlichen Automationssystemen oder -ein-richtungen fr den Betrieb der TGA zum Zweckeines Zusammenwirkens ist aus wirtschaftlichen Grnden sowohl im Bestand als auch bei Neuanla-gen unabdingbar geworden. Ohne die Integrationder fr den Betrieb relevanten Auto

16、mationseinrich-tungen ist ein professioneller, konomischer undkologischer Gebudebetrieb nicht mehr mglich. Der Prozess der interoperablen Zusammenfhrung unterschiedlicher Produkte und Systeme wird Sys-temintegration genannt. Jedes Projekt hat dabei unterschiedliche Anforderungen und Aufgabenstel-lun

Facility-Management-Anwendungen Erhhung der Sicherheit durch Zusammenfh-rung von Informationen aus den Bereichen GAund Gebudesicherheit Introduction The requirements for the energy-efficient, eco-nomic and safe operation of technical building services (TBS) increasingly call for holisti

19、c solu-tions starting from the planning stage. Such an “interaction” of the various facilities can be achieved by systems integration and its practical implementation. The merging of information from various automa-tion systems or devices for the operation of the TBS for the purpose of such interact

20、ion has be-come essential both in existing buildings and in new buildings. Without the integration of the op-erationally relevant automation systems, the pro-fessional, economic and environmentally friendly operation of a building is not possible. The process of interoperable combination of dif-fere

21、nt products and systems is known as system integration. Each project represents different re-quirements and tasks for system integration. System integration in building automation and con-trol (BAC) can provide the following advantages: multi-system operation functions with a stan-dard user interfac
