Diese beeinflusst das Verha

17、lten hin-sichtlich Zweckentsprechung, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit und damit auch der Produktivitt sei-ner Nutzer. Die Funktionalitt der technischen Aus-stattung von Rumen wird durch die Raumautoma-tion (RA) hergestellt. Damit kommt der Raumauto-mation eine zentrale Rolle bei der Planung un

18、d Nut-zung von Gebuden zu.In der Richtlinie VDI 3813 Blatt 1 wurde das Thema Raumautomation erstmals behandelt und grundle-gende Begriffe wurden festgelegt. Offen blieb bisher jedoch die Methodik, Raumautomationsfunktionen in der Planung eindeutig und allgemein anerkannt zu spezifizieren, um damit e

19、ine klare Vorgabe fr Kalku-lation, Ausfhrung und Abnahme von Raumautoma-tionslsungen zu schaffen. Diese Methodik wird mit diesem Blatt 2 vorgelegt. Es legt RA-Funktionengewerkebergreifend als Grundlage fr eine einheit-liche Planung und Ausfhrung auf Basis einer durch-gngigen Beschreibungssystematik

Dabei kann die technologische Umsetzung je nach Projekt-anforderung und dem Stand der Technik nach wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gesichts-punkten erfolgen.Das Blatt 2 ist somit Grundlage einer allgemeinen, flexiblen Beschreibung von Raumautomationslsun-gen. 24、by their mechanical equipment. This influ-ences the performance of rooms in terms of adequacy to purpose, economic efficiency and sustainability, and thus also in terms of the productivity of room us-ers. The functionality of the mechanical equipment of rooms is provided by room control. Room contro

25、l therefore is central to the planning and utilisation of buildings. Guideline VDI 3813 Part 1 has been the first to de-scribe the issue of room control and to specify the fundamental terminology. However, it has so far left aside the methodology for specifying room control functions in the planning

26、 context in an unambiguous and generally accepted manner so as to provide clear requirements for the calculation, execution and ac-ceptance of room control solutions. This methodol-ogy is now presented in this Part 2. It specifies room control (RA) functions across all trades as the basis for harmon

27、ised planning and execution with the help of a consistent description system. The technological implementation can be carried out according to eco-nomic and technical criteria, depending on the project requirements and the state of the art. Part 2 thus forms the basis for a general flexible de-scrip

28、tion of room control solutions, allowing the functions to be used for the requirement specification during the planning process. 29、nktionsbeschreibungen bieten Vorteile fr fol-gende Zielgruppen: Investor/Bauherr: Mit allgemein verstndlichen Begriffen werden Anforderungen an die Raumau-tomation beschrieben. Planer (Architekten, Ingenieure): Es werden Werkzeuge bereitgestellt (Funktionsbeschreibung, Raumautomations-Schema, Raumau

30、tomations-Funktionsliste), mit denen RA geplant werden kann. Errichter: Die technische Lsung kann eindeutig und nachvollziehbar dargestellt werden. Hersteller: Produkte knnen einfacher auf inte-grierte Raumautomationslsungen ausgerichtet werden. Die geplante Nutzung sowie das Betreiben gem DIN 32 73

31、6 bzw. GEFMA 100-2 sollte im Vorder-grund jeder Planung stehen.Die Bltter dieser Richtlinienreihe verfolgen einen ganzheitlichen, integralen Ansatz fr die Raumauto-mation. Es wird daher ausdrcklich und dringend empfohlen, RA integriert in alle beteiligten Gewerke zu planen und nicht auf einzelne Gew

32、erke aufzuteilen.Ferner wird die Einbindung in eine vollstndige Ge-budeautomations-(GA)-Lsung empfohlen. Hierzu ist eine Abstimmung mit den Vorgaben und Empfehlungen der VDI 3814 sowie der EN ISO 16 484 erforderlich. Dies betrifft insbesondere die Kommunikation zwischen der RA und der jeweils fr die

33、 Medienbereitstellung erforderlichen Anlagen-automation, ein gemeinsames Konzept fr das ber-geordnete Bedienen und Anzeigen sowie die Integration in Managementsysteme.Anmerkung: Die Koordination der GA einschlielich RA mit den klassischen TGA-Gewerken (HLSE) sowie zunehmend technisier-ten Baugewerke

34、n (z. B. Fenster/Fassaden/Sonnenschutz, Schlie-systeme) erfordert eine besondere Qualifikation bei der Objektpla-nung (gem Honorarordnung der Architekten und Ingenieure, HOAI) oder den Einsatz eines Integrationsplaners.1 AnwendungsbereichDie vorliegende Richtlinie VDI 3813 Blatt 2 gilt fr Anwendunge

35、n der RA als Teil der GA in der Techni-schen Gebudeausrstung (Kostengruppe 484 nach DIN 276-1:2008-12). Sie ergnzt die Richtlinie VDI 3813 Blatt 1 um eine eindeutige, detaillierte Beschreibungsmethodik und Vorlagen zu deren Dokumentation einschlielich ei-ner RA-Funktionsliste.Die informativen (nicht

The intended utilisation and operation as per DIN 32 736 and GEFMA 100-2 should be to the fore of any planning process.The parts of this series of guidelines follow an inter-disciplinary, integral approach to room control. I

39、t is, therefore, expressly and strongly recommended to have room control planned integrally across all trades involved rather than dividing the planning process among the individual trades.Furthermore, integrating the planned room control system into an overall BACS solution is recommended. This req

40、uires matching with the requirements and recommendations of VDI 3814 and EN ISO 16484. In particular, this concerns the communication between room control and the respective plant automation required for media supply, a joint concept for higher-level operator control and display, and the integration

41、 into management systems.Note: The coordination of the BACS including room control with the classic building services trades (HVSE) as well as increasingly mechanised building trades (such as windows/facades/sunshading, locking systems) requires a special qualification in project design (as per the
