14、our gratitude to all honorary con-tributors to this guideline.IntroductionThe aim of this guideline is to provide evaluation methods of human biometeorology as a standard for taking into account climate and air quality (biocli-mate) in relation to man in overall physical planning. Human biometeorolo

15、gy thus takes its place among the disciplines that provide scientific basic material for overall physical planning. Overall physical plan-ning is greatly dependent on such support in weigh-ing up all the in some cases conflicting viewpoints of area development, and deriving from them, in fulfill-men

16、t of its assignment, a comprehensive, coordinated target system for the given planning period. Linking human biometeorology and overall physical planning requires checking, in every specific case, to ascertain which human biometeorological factors are significant in the planning process. The human b

17、iom-eteorological evaluation of the atmospheric environ-mental conditions can then also be used, for example, to clarify whether, and if so which, planning instru-ments are available for maintaining and improving the human biometeorological situation in the plan-ning area.VDI 3787 Part 2 establishes

18、 the multipart topic about methods for the human biometeorological evaluation of elimate and air quality. The second part in VDI 3787 Part 3 will contain methods for the evalua-tion of the sector “air quality” as it relates to plan-ning. Examples of application, supplemented by planning indications,

19、 will form the main emphasis of the third part of this guideline. 23、wiesen, wenn sie ihrer Aufgabe entsprechend smtliche, zum Teil miteinander konkurrierende Gesichtspunkte der rumlichen Entwicklung untereinander abwgt und daraus ein umfassendes, aufeinander abgestimmtes Zielsystem fr den vorgegebenen Planungszeitraum herleitet.Die Verknpfung von Human-Biometeorolog

24、ie und rumlicher Gesamtplanung erfordert in jedem kon-kreten Fall die Prfung, welche human-biometeoro-logischen Wirkungskomplexe fr die Planung be-deutsam sind. Danach lsst sich ber die human-bio-meteorologische Bewertung der atmosphrischen Umweltbedingungen nicht zuletzt auch klren, ob und welche P

25、lanungsinstrumente fr eine Sicherung und Verbesserung der human-biometeorologischen Situation im Planungsbereich zur Verfgung stehen.VDI 3787 Blatt 2 erffnet die mehrteilige Thematik um Methoden zur human-biometeorologischen Be-wertung von Klima und Lufthygiene. Der zweite Teil in VDI 3787 Blatt 3 w
