Bezglich weiterer Werkstoffe, die als Faser-material zur Verfgung stehen, wird auf die Richt-linie VDI 3469 Blatt 1 verw

41、iesen. Organische Faserstoffe nehmen bei der Herstellung von Bekleidungs- und Heimtextilien die weitaus grte Rolle ein. In der Reihenfolge ihrer Verbrei-tung seien genannt: Baumwolle Polyester (PET) Polyamide (PA) Polyacrylnitril (PAN) Viskose Wolle aus tierischer Herkunft Im Bekleidungsbereich werd

42、en Chemiefasern in vergleichbarer Menge wie Naturfasern eingesetzt (50 : 50) 1. Heimtextilien werden berwiegend aus Chemiefasern hergestellt (75 %). Technische Textilien werden zu 99 % aus Chemie-fasern hergestellt. Zunehmend werden bei be-stimmten Produkten auch organische Naturfasern wie Hanf- ode

43、r Flachsfasern beigemengt, so z. B. im Automobilsektor. Die verwendeten Chemiefa-sern sind neben den bereits genannten Faserstoffen PET und PA vor allem Aramide und Polypropylen (PP) sowie in geringen Mengen Spezialfasern aus Po-lyimid (PI), Polyetherketon (PEK/PEEK), Poly-phenylensulfid (PPS) und P

44、olyvinylalkoholfasern 4 Technology 4.1 Fibrous materials An overview of the most important raw materials for textiles is given below. Standard VDI 3469 Part 1 is referred to for further materials that are available for use as fibrous materials. Organic fibrous materials are by far the most im-portan

45、t materials for the manufacture of clothing and home textiles. The order given below reflects their importance: cotton polyester (PET) polyamide (PA) polyacrylonitrile (PAN) viscose wool of animal origin Chemical fibres are employed on a similar scale to natural fibres (50 : 50) in the clothing sect

46、or 1. Home textiles are produced predominantly from chemical fibres (75 %). Chemical fibres are used in the manufacture of 99 % of technical textiles. Natural organic fibres, such as hemp and flax fibres, are increasingly be-ing added in certain products also, e.g. in the auto-motive sector. In addi
