Die zitierten gesetzlichen Regeln beziehen sich auf die zurzeit gltigen Fassungen.Die Anlagen zur Herstellung von Industrieru mit ei-ner Feuerungswrmeleistung von 20 MW unterlie-gen dem Emis

29、sionsrechtehandel. ber diesen Weg werden die emittierten CO2-Mengen streng erfasst und kontrolliert.Alle Volumenangaben in dieser Richtlinie beziehen sich auf den Normzustand (273,15 K, 101,3 kPa) nach Abzug des Wasserdampfanteils. Auf Ausnah-men wird besonders hingewiesen.4 Technologie4.1 Allgemein

30、esIndustrieru besteht je nach Rutyp zu 88 % bis 99,8 % Massenanteil aus Kohlenstoff, der Rest aus Wasserstoff, Sauerstoff, Stickstoff, Schwefel, extra-hierbaren Bestandteilen sowie Asche.Die Primrteilchen der industriell hergestellten Rue liegen im Grenbereich zwischen 0,01 m und 1 m. Diese Teilchen

31、 haben kugel- oder blttchenfr-mige Gestalt. Sie sind meist zu greren ketten- oder traubenfrmigen Gebilden zusammengelagert (Ru-struktur). Je nach Gre und Beschaffenheit der Oberflche der Ruteilchen sowie der relativen Luft-feuchte werden vom Industrieru wechselnde Men-gen Wasser adsorbiert.Industrie

It is intended to support the European Sevilla Process and the national implementation of BAT conclusions. The laws, ordinances, administrative and

The cited statutory provisions refer to the versions currently in force.Carbon black manufacturing plants with a thermal combustion output 20 MW are covered by the emissions t

36、rading system. In this way, the emitted CO2 quantities are strictly recorded and controlled. All volumes quoted in this standard refer to standard conditions (273,15 K, 101,3 kPa) after removal of the water vapour fraction. Any exceptions to this are highlighted.4 Technology4.1 GeneralDepending on t

37、ype, carbon black consists of 88 % to 99,8 % carbon by mass. The rest is hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulphur and extractable constituents as well as ash.The primary particles of the industrially produced carbon blacks lie within the size range between 0,01 m and 1 m. These particles are spherical or

38、 leaf-shaped. They are mostly aggregated into larger chains or clusters (carbon black structure). Depend-ing on the particles sizes and surface textures and on the relative air humidity, carbon black adsorbs vary-ing amounts of water. Carbon blacks are industrially manufactured prod-ucts, which shou

39、ld be distinguished from e. g. chim-ney soot and diesel soot. Further information about carbon black can be found e. g. in 2. In Germany, carbon black production relies on coal tar oils (anthracene oils) or oils from petroleum refin-ing (pyrolysis and cracked oils), which are compara-1) Fact sheet a

41、, die im Heizwert sowie im Schwefel- und Stick-stoffgehalt mit Heizl S zu vergleichen sind. Schwe-fel und Stickstoffgehalte betragen jeweils bis maxi-mal 1 % Massenanteil. Die le sind damit als schwe-felarm einzustufen. Die Ruwerke in den westeuro-pischen Nachbarlndern verwenden Rurohstoffe aus den

42、USA mit Schwefelgehalten bis zu 2,5 % Massenanteil, die entsprechend preisgnstiger sind.Die Gesamtkapazitt der Anlagen zur Herstellung von Industrieruen betrug in Deutschland im Jahre 2012 ca. 370 000 t pro Jahr.4.2 Herstellungsverfahren von IndustrieruenNachstehend sind die gebruchlichsten Herstell

43、ungs-verfahren beschrieben fr die Industrieruarten: Furnaceru Flammru Gasru In Deutschland werden etwa 90 % der Industrierue nach dem Furnaceruverfahren hergestellt. Die rest-lichen 10 % verteilen sich auf die brigen Verfahren.4.2.1 FurnaceruverfahrenDas Verfahren zur Herstellung von Furnaceruen wur

44、de in den 1920er-Jahren in den USA entwickelt und seither vielfach optimiert. Ende der 1930er-Jahre wurde es zu einem ausgereiften kontinuierlichen Pro-zess modifiziert, der in einem geschlossenen Reaktor stattfindet und dessen Stoffstrme sorgfltig ber-wacht werden.Das Herzstck des Furnaceruverfahre

45、ns ist der Re-aktor, in dem der Industrieru (Carbon Black) gebil-det wird. Hier wird der Primrrohstoff (Rul) nor-malerweise als Sprhnebel eingedst, und zwar in eine Hochtemperaturzone mit hoher Energiedichte. Diese wird durch die Verbrennung von Sekundrroh-stoff (Erdgas oder Rul) erzeugt.Bei der Ver

46、brennung des Sekundrrohstoffs wird der Sauerstoffgehalt im berschuss gefahren. Er reicht fr eine vollstndige Verbrennung des Primrroh-stoffs nicht aus. Die Hauptmenge des Primrrohstoffs wird bei Temperaturen hher als 1200 C zu Indus-trieru pyrolysiert.Das Reaktionsgemisch wird mittels Quenchwasser d

47、irekt und in einem weiteren Schritt ber einen Wr-mebertrager indirekt gekhlt. Der Industrieru wird dann in einem Produktionsfilter abgeschieden und vom Restgas (Tailgas) getrennt. Bild 1 zeigt das ver-einfachte Blockschema der Furnaceruproduktion.Bei den Primrrohstoffen handelt es sich vornehm-lich

48、um petro- oder carbostmmige Schwerle (poly-zyklische aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe), die teil-ble to heavy heating oil in their calorific value and in their sulphur and nitrogen content. These sulphur and nitrogen contents reach a maximum of 1 % by mass. The oils should therefore be classified as l

49、ow-sul-phur. Carbon black plants in neighbouring West Eu-ropean countries use raw materials from the U.S.A. with sulphur contents of up to 2,5 % by mass, which accordingly are priced more economically.The total capacity of German carbon black produc-tion plants in 2012 was ca. 370 000 t p.a. 4.2 Carbon black production processesThe following are the most common production proc-esses
