13、 sind wesentliche Gesichtspunkte,die bei der Planung, Realisierung und dem Betriebvon Materialflusssystemen von Bedeutung sein kn-nen, in Form eines Gliederungsvorschlages fr Las-ten- und Pflichtenhefte zusammengestellt. Die inhalt-lichen und zeitlichen Abgrenzungen von Lasten- undPflichtenheften we

14、rden festgelegt. Der Gliederungs-vorschlag ist als Rahmen fr das Inhaltsverzeichniszu betrachten. Projektabhngig knnen Punkte er-gnzt und weggelassen werden. Das Lastenheft ist vom Auftraggeber vollstndig undwiderspruchsfrei zu erstellen. Das Pflichtenheft wirdvom Auftragnehmer erstellt unter Beacht

15、ung der imLastenheft genannten Anforderungen an das Mate-rialflusssystem. Die vorliegende Richtlinie setzt beim Leser Grund-kenntnisse der Materialflusstechnik voraus. DieRichtlinie VDI 2519 Blatt 1 Vorgehensweise bei derErstellung von Lasten-/Pflichtenheften“ und dieRichtlinie VDI/VDE 3694 Lastenhe

16、ft/Pflichtenheftfr den Einsatz von Automatisierungssystemen“ wirdbesonders fr komplexe Automatisierungssystemezustzlich empfohlen.ZielsetzungDie vorliegende Richtlinie soll dazu dienen, die tech-nischen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen anMaterialflusssysteme festzulegen und die Zusam-menarbeit zwi

Preliminary noteThis guideline contains the main points relevant tothe planning, realisation and operation of materialflow systems in the form of a recommendation for thepoints to be covered by tender/performance specifi-cations. The delineations in terms of content and timeframe between ten

20、der and performance specificationsare established. The recommendation of the points tobe covered can be seen as a framework for the list ofcontents. Depending on the project, individual pointscan be added or omitted.A complete and uncontradictory tender specificationmust be compiled by the client. T

21、he performancespecification is compiled by the contractor takinginto account the requirements for the material flowsystem cited in the tender specification.This guideline assumes that the reader has a basicknowledge of material flow technology. The guide-line VDI 2519 Part 1 ”Procedure for the compi

22、lationof tender and performance specifications“ and theguideline VDI/VDE 3694 ”Tender/performancespecifications for the use of automation systems“ (inGerman) is recommended also, particularly for com-plex automation systems.PurposeThis guideline aims to establish the technical andeconomic requiremen

Im Pflich-tenheft werden die Anwendervorgaben detailliert unddie Realisierungsanforderungen beschrieben.Im Pflichtenheft wird definiert, WIE und WOMITdie Anforderungen zu realisieren sind. Es wird einedefinitive Aussage ber die Realis

27、ierung des Mate-rialflusssystems konkret ausgearbeitet. Das Pflichtenheft wird in der Regel nach Auftrags-erteilung vom Auftragnehmer erstellt, falls erforder-lich unter Mitwirkung des Auftraggebers.Der Auftragnehmer prft bei der Erstellung desPflichtenheftes die Widerspruchsfreiheit und Reali-sierb

28、arkeit der im Lastenheft genannten Anforderun-gen. Das Pflichtenheft bedarf der Genehmigung durch denAuftraggeber.
