18、.de/2263.EinleitungIn Wirbelschichtanlagen werden in vielen Fllen brennbare oder zersetzungsfhige Produkte verarbei-tet. Je nach verwendetem Produkt und Art des Ver-fahrens knnen Brnde und/oder Explosionen durch Entzndung von Staub-Luft-Gemischen, Dampf-Luft-Gemischen oder hybriden Gemischen sowie d

19、urch Zersetzungsreaktionen entstehen.Das Auftreten hybrider Gemische ist beim Einsatz von brennbaren Lsemitteln oder durch Schwelgase infolge berhitzter Produkte mglich. Die sicher-heitstechnischen Kenngren von hybriden Gemi-schen (wie Mindestzndenergie, maximaler Explosi-onsdruck, maximaler zeitlic

20、her Druckanstieg) kn-nen kritischer sein als die reiner Staub-Luft-Gemi-sche. Auch wenn die Konzentrationen der Dmpfe oder Stube unterhalb ihrer unteren Explosions-grenzen liegen, kann ein hybrides Gemisch bereits explosionsfhig sein. Diese Eigenschaften mssen bei den Schutzmanahmen bercksichtigt we

25、flammable or decomposition prone products. Dependent upon the used product and the type of process, fires and/or explosions may start because of igniting dust/air mixtures, vapour/air mixtures or hy-brid mixtures or due to decomposition reactions. Hybrid mixtures may be formed when using flamma-ble

26、solvents or from the gases generated from over-heated smoldering products. The safety characteris-tics of hybrid mixtures (i.e. minimum ignition energy, maximum explosion pressure, maximum rate of pres-sure rise) may be more critical for hybrid mixtures than for pure dust/air mixtures. Even in conce

27、ntration below the lower explosion limits for dusts or vapours, hybrid mixtures may become explosive. Such charac-teristics have to be considered when selecting safety measures 1; 2. Stand der Technik im Sinne dieses Gesetzes ist der Ent-wicklungsstand fortschrittlicher Verfahren, E

44、inrich-tungen oder Betriebsweisen, der die praktische Eig-nung einer Manahme zur Begrenzung von Emissio-nen gesichert erscheinen lsst. Bei der Bestimmung des Stands der Technik sind insbesondere vergleich-bare Verfahren, Einrichtungen oder Betriebsweisen, die mit Erfolg im Betrieb erprobt worden sin

45、d, oder Versuchsergebnisse aus jngster Zeit 3 bis 5 heran-zuziehen. Die Richtlinie findet Anwendung auf Ma-nahmen des Explosionsschutzes bei Wirbelschicht-Sprh-Granulatoren, Wirbelschicht-Trocknern und Wirbelschicht-Coatinganlagen, nachfolgend als Wir-belschichtanlagen bezeichnet, in denen bei besti
