In addition, it is pointed out which prerequi-sites should be taken into consideration.Part 2 discusses in detail the procedures and the re-quired organisational framework for preventing orminimising the creation of air pollutants at the work-place.Part 3 discusses the use of room ventilation

27、Dabei ist die Richtlinie VDI 3802 ursprnglich in derRaumlufttechnik-Branche (RLT-Branche) entstan-den, whrend die Richtlinie VDI 2262 unter demBlickwinkel des Arbeitsschutzes im VDI-Fachbe-reich Management und Sicherheit“ entwickeltwurde. Eine Zusammenfhrung der beiden Richtli-nien ist vorgesehen.Ei

29、beitsplatz mittels lufttechnischer und or-ganisatorischer Manahmen zu geben.Bei der Vielseitigkeit der betrieblichen Verhltnisseist es nicht mglich, jeden in der Industrie oder imHandwerk vorkommenden Fall zu behandeln; dieRichtlinie gibt allgemeine Hinweise und Anregungenfr wirksame und zugleich ko

30、stengnstige Lsungen.Die beschriebenen und empfohlenen Manahmenlassen sich sowohl fr belstigende als auch fr ge-sundheitsgefhrdende Stoffe anwenden. Das sind imSinne dieser Richtlinie alle Gase, Dmpfe, Nebel,Rauche und Stube, die whrend eines Produktions-prozesses freigesetzt werden.Durch Manahmen im

31、 Sinne der RichtlinienreiheVDI 2262 soll das Entstehen und Austreten luftfrem-der Stoffe im Fertigungsprozess verhindert oder ge-mindert werden.Die Konzentration der Gefahrstoffe in der Luft amArbeitsplatz lsst sich reduzieren durch: Vermeidung von Emissionen Verminderung von Emissionen lftungstechn

32、ische ManahmenVermeiden lassen sich die Emissionen einerseitsdurch alternative Prozessfhrungen, die keine gefhr-lichen Stoffe entstehen lassen, andererseits durcheine geschlossene Prozessfhrung ohne Freisetzungder bei den Prozessen entstehenden Gefahrstoffe(siehe auch verfahrenstechnische Manahmen i

33、n Ab-schnitt 4.3).Vermindern lassen sich gefhrliche Emissionen durchAuswahl alternativer Einsatzmaterialien und gegebe-nenfalls alternative Prozessfhrung.Sofern auch dies nicht ausreicht, kann mithilfe vonlufttechnischen Manahmen die Belastung weiter re-duziert werden. Dies ist bevorzugt durch direk

34、te Er-fassung der Emissionen an der Entstehungsstelle um-The guideline VDI 3802 originated in the VAC com-munity, whereas the guideline VDI 2262 was draftedfrom the point of view of occupational health andsafety in the VDI technical division “Managementand Safety”. For the future, a unification of t

35、he twoguidelines is intended.A catalogue of all available parts of the series ofguideline VDI 3802 can be accessed on the internet atwww.vdi.de/3802.1 ScopeThe task of this guideline is to provide planners, man-ufacturers and operators of technical facilities withinformation on minimising the exposu

36、re to air pollut-ants at the workplace by means of ventilation and or-ganisational procedures.Given the wide variety of industrial circumstances, itis impossible to cover every case that occurs in indus-try or trade; this guideline provides general adviceand suggestions for effective and at the same

37、 timeeconomical solutions. The procedures described andrecommended here can be applied both to nuisancesubstances and to those that are hazardous to health.As defined in this guideline, these include all gases,vapours, mist, smoke and dust released during a pro-duction process.The procedures describ

38、ed in the series of guidelinesVDI 2262 are meant to prevent or minimise the crea-tion and release of air pollutants during the manufac-turing process.The concentration of hazardous substances in theworkplace air can be reduced by: preventing emissions minimising emissions ventilation systemsPreventi

39、ng emissions involves, on the one hand, al-ternative process controls that do not allow hazardoussubstances to be created, and on the other, closedprocess control without releasing the hazardous sub-stances created during the processes (see also processand operational procedures in Section 4.3).Mini

40、mising hazardous emissions involves the choiceof alternative ingredients and possibly alternativeprocess control.If the above approaches are insufficient, exposure canbe further reduced with the help of ventilation sys-tems. Preferably, this should be implemented throughdirect capture of the emissio

Diese Rang-folge von Schutzmanahmen lsst sich auch mit denBegriffen Ersetzen Erfassen Lften beschreiben.In der vorliegenden Richtlinie werden ausfhrlich dierechtlichen Grundlagen fr Manahmen zur Vermin-derung der Exp

43、osition gegenber luftfremden Stof-fen am Arbeitsplatz erlutert. Weiterhin sind grund-legende organisatorische Manahmen Gegenstandder Richtlinie.VDI 2262 Blatt 2 gibt dem Arbeitgeber beispielhaftHinweise und Anregungen, wie er den gesetzlichenVorgaben zu Manahmen des Arbeits- und Gesund-heitsschutzes

44、 nachkommen kann, die im Zusammen-hang mit dem Freiwerden von luftfremden Stoffen zutreffen sind.Der Arbeitgeber ist fr den Arbeits- und Gesund-heitsschutz verantwortlich. Die wesentlichen rechtli-chen Rahmenbedingungen sind in Abschnitt 2 be-schrieben. In Deutschland stellt das Arbeitsschutzge-setz

45、 die rechtliche Basis dar. Sofern bei den Ttigkei-ten auch Gefahrstoffe eingesetzt werden, ist die Ge-fahrstoffverordnung (GefStoffV) zu beachten; beimEinsatz von technischen Betriebsmitteln auch dieBetriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV). Zustz-lich gilt das Produktsicherheitsgesetz (ProdSG), das

46、fr technische Arbeitsmittel anzuwenden ist.Entstehen brennbare und im Gemisch mit Luft explo-sionsfhige Stube, sind die RichtlinienreiheVDI 2263, die DIN-Normen gem Anhang A unddie Explosionsschutzrichtlinie (Ex-RL) zu beachten.Fr einige besondere Stoffe (z.B. radioaktive Stoffe)sind darber hinaus z

47、ustzliche Verordnungen (z.B.Strahlenschutzverordnung StrSchV) und Richtli-nien zu bercksichtigen.Die Richtlinienreihe VDI 2262 konkretisiert die For-derungen der geltenden Gesetze, Verordnungen, Ver-waltungs- und sonstigen Vorschriften sowie DIN-Normen und VDI-Richtlinien.2 BegriffeFr die Anwendung

48、dieser Richtlinie gelten die fol-genden Begriffe:AbluftAus dem Raum abgesaugte Luft, ohne den Erfas-sungsluftstrom.Abscheidegrad ()Verhltnis des in einem Abscheidesystem (z.B.
