2、side the pod. The pod was being raised to a vertical position per V5016. Also a “light thud“ was heard during the lift. The lift was stopped but it was determined that it would be difficult to remove the meter while it was in this position. The pod was lifted to the vertical position and then the me

3、ter was removed.Lesson(s) Learned: Lack of safety procedures to document the presence of an O2 meter and constrain movement of the OMS pod resulted in a close call.Recommendation(s): Add a safety call-out to the wad authorizing installation of an O2 meter in flight hardware, constraining movement of
