2、nts and Agencies of the Department of Defense. 1. SCOPE 1.1 Scope. This document establishes the minimum performance and design characteristics for a Hybrid Test System (HTS). The HTS will be used for functional and diagnostic test of analog and hybrid Units Under Test (UUTs) within a variety of wea

The HTS shall be a computer con- trolled automatic test set which will provide the capability for performing functional and diagnostic f atilt isolat ion tests on analog or hybrid UUTs

The HTS, when used with appropriate Test Program Sets (TPSs) (not covered as part of this specification), shall provide the capabilivies to rapidly and accurately perform the following functions, system environment to detect faults which would preclude satisfactory system performance. a. Test a UU

Selected hardware shall be common with, or have optimum logistics commonality to successfully demonstrated implementations of ATE elements currently existing within ATE in the inventory of
21、the procuring activity. Hardware meeting these requirements which has been built to best commercial practice is acceptable. 3.2.1.1 Hardware built to best commercial practice.
