22、f compliance stating that the DDI is in confornnnce with this specification. 4. 4 Quality confonnance inspection. The quality confonnance insp;3Ction shall consist of tr.r tests fu,d exarninatlons :j.RCified in TABLE II. Tests for iscyanate content (3.4) and unifolTflity (3.3) shall be performed on

23、each sample selected in accordance th 4.4.1. All other tests and examinations shall be performed in duplicate on one or rrore sarrples selected in accordance with 4.4.1. 4.4.1 SaIrq)ling. Four containers shall be randOO1y selected from each lot and shall be individually sampled. If the lot consists

24、of less than four containers, each of the containers shall be sarrpled. Each sample shall be placed in a separate sampling jar. 4.4.2 LDt. A lot shall consist of all DDI manufactured by the SaIre processran the same raw materials, by one manufacturer, at one plant under essentially identical conditi

25、ons and to be offered for acceptaJ1Ce at one tinE. Several bat.ches or parts ther-eof, rnanufactured from the same raw materials may be blended to form a uniform larger batch which shall then constit:ute a lot for inspection purp:ses. 4.4.3 Rejection criteria. Diioocyanates are generally direct irritants and can be allergens. 111is material is nonsensitizing. Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and clothing. 6.5 StoragE codi tions. Tne DDI s
