2、artments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. 1. SCOPE 1.1 Scope - This specification establishes the performance, functional, and test requirements for an airborne control unit for the AN/ASB-19(V) Angle Rate Bombing Set. The Control Unit Subsystem (CUS) will herein be referred to as the %ubs

REQUIREMENTS 3.1
16、Preproduction - This specification makes provision for preproduction testing. 3.2 Parts and Materials - Selection of parts and materials Design and Construction - The subsystem shall conform shall be in accordance with the requirements of MIL-A-85055. 3.3 to the applicable requirements of MIL-A-8505

18、in, and in accordance with MIL-A-85055. 3.3.1.1 eluding cables, shall be a minimum consistent with good design and shall not exceed 9.0 pounds. Mounting - Mounting in the cockpit will be in accordance 3.3.2 Reliability - The contractor shall conduct a reliability program in accordance with MIL-A-85055. 3.3.2.1 Operational Stabilit
20、y - The subsystem shall operate with satisfactory performance, continuously or intermittently, for a period of at least 3200 hours without the necessity for readjustment of any controls which are inaccessible to the operator during normal use. ting life of 10,000 hours with reasonable servicing and

Parts requiring scheduled replacement shall be specified by the contractor and approved by the procuring activity. 3.3.2.2 Operating Life - The subsystem shall have a total opera- 3.3.2.3 Reliability in Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF) - The subsystem, including any Built-in-Te
22、st (BIT) provisions, shall have specified Qn MTBF of 320 hours when tested as seecified in MIL-A-85055. The minimum acceptable 01 MTBF shall be 1600 hours: a time totalizing meter in accordance with MIL-A-85055. The time totalizing meter need not be mounted on the front panel. Cabling and Connectors
23、 - Cabling and connectors shall conform to the requirements of MIL-A-85055, Control Panels - All rack or console iiiounted control panels shall conform to the applicable requirements of MIL-C-6781. The con- figuration of all panels must be approved by the procuring activity prior to pre- production
