Unless otherwise specified.in the con- tract or order, preproduction samples of the wire coi

8、l shall be mufactured using the rriethods and procedures proposed for the production. will be tested as specified in Section 4 herein and is for the purpose of determining, prior to production, that the contractors production methods are capable of yielding items that canply with the technical requi

9、remats of the contract (see 4.3.1). The sample 3.1.2 Materials. All materials and purchased parts entering into the final assembly of the wire coil shall conform to the detailed requirements indicated on the applicable drawings and specifications. 3.1.3 Finishes, coatings, and construction. Finishes

10、, coatings, and construction for the wire coil shall be in accordance with the applicable drawings, specificatims, and publications. 3.1.4 Marking. Consecutive serialnunnbers shall be assigned for all units of each type of wire coil procured under this specification. for serial nunnbers for each typ

11、 shall be direct-STD- 1320/1 or MIliSTD-1320/2 depending on the nunher of palletized loads to be loaded. 6.1 ntended use. The wire coils are intended for use with various Marks and Wds of torpedoes and torpedo-related equipwk. 6.2 ordering data. 6.2.1 ProCuremnt requiraents. The contract or order sh

12、ould specify the follawing: (a) The specific title, nianber, and date of this specification.
