QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS The cutters shall be free from sharp edges, except the cutting edges, free fro2 . 4.1 Unless otherwise specified herein, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements prior

17、 to submission for Government inspection and acceptance. otherwise specified, the supplier may utilize his own facilities or any comercial laboratory acceptable to the Government. Inspection records of the examinations and tests shall be kept complete and available to the Government as specified in

18、the contract or order. Except as 4.2 BaD linr, for lot acceDtance.- 4.2.1 Insrnction lot.- AU circle cutters or sets of cutters of one size or class offered for delivery at one time shall be considered a lot for the purpose of acceptance inspection and tests. 4.2.2 A randon sample of circle cutters

19、or sets of cutters shall be selected by the inspector for visual and dimensional characteristics in accordance with Standard HiL-sTD-105 at inspection level I. The 4.U shall be equal to 1.5 percent defective. 4.2.3 Sampling for accuracy md cuttina tests.- Two cutters shall be selected fro% the seqle

22、nponent part of the smple sets selected in accordance with 4.2.2 shell be visually and dimensionally exeniined by the inspector to verify compliance with this specification. component part of the sample sets containing one or more visual or dimerisional defects shall be rejected, and if the number o
