2、tly available technical information. It is recommended that Federal agencies use it in procurement and forward recommendations for changes to the preparing activity at the address shown above. The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this interim amendment as a valid exception t

This film shall be designed to eliminate nonmechanical hardware produced double imaging or resolution loss when dynamic tested in accordance with 4.3.15. Any size film designated as dyn

4、amic tested film shall be of the same materiaLcoating, application, and characteristics (excluding size dimensions) as the film submitted for the dynamic test (see 4.3.15 and 6.2). 9、t to obtain the optimum of copying. The best speed obtainable, not less than 40 fpm, shall be used throughout the test. The silver master shall be used to reproduce targets onto a minimum of 30 feet of the diazo film to be tested. The reproduced targets shall be closely observed and evaluated under

10、a microscope. One hundred percent (100%) of all targets read shall have no image degradation less than 114 lines per millimeter or double image targets. Fifty percent (50%) of all targets read shall have no image degradation less than 182 lines per millimeter or double image targets. The samples fro

11、m each roll of diazo ilm shall be evaluated separately. Sample film that does not meet the above requirement shall not be classified as dynamic tested film. 4.3.15.2 Dynamic test.
