2、-L-O0116D/GEN and W-L-O0116/9A. This commercial i tem description covers 15 watt, preheat-start type fluorescent 1 amps. Salient characteristics. Bulb - T-8 Nominal length - 18 inches Base - Medium bipin Average rated life - 3 hours per start - 7500 hours Initial lumens (after 100 hours burning) - 8

3、05 lumens Lumens at 40 percent of life - 685 lumens Color - Cool white when tested in accordance with ANSI C78.376 Dimensional and electrical characteristics shall be in accordance with ANSI C78.2. The issues of ANSI C78.2 and ANSI C78.376 in effect on the date of the solicitation shall be used to d

4、etermine compliance with these requirements. Regulatory requirements. The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials in accordance with Public Law 94-580 to the maximum extent practical. Preservation, packaging, packing, labeling, and marking. The preservation, packaging, packing, l

5、abeling, and marking shall be as specified in the contract or order. Preproduction inspection. One package of lamps, produced using the same tooling, production, and assembly methods that are used for production lots, shall be submitted for examination and test in accordance with the above requireme

6、nts. Documentation consisting of the certification and test data shall be presented for examination during performance of the preproduction inspection. Failure of the preproduction samples to pass the examination of one or more of the tests, the lack of required documentation, or failure of the docu
