8、R ACCESS CONTROL TECHNICAL CORRIGENDUM 3 Summary This Recommendation I International Standard (1995) specifies an Access Control Security Model and the management information necessary for creating and administering access control associated with OS1 Systems Management. This Technical Corrigendum 3

9、revises the text to include ASN.1:1997 in 2.1 and 2.2. Source Corrigendum 3 to ITU-T Recommendation X.741 was prepared by ITU-T Study Group 4 (1997-2000) and approved on 4 February 2000. 10、00 E) i FOREWORD The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is the United Nations specialized agency in the field of telecommunications. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of ITU. ITU-T is responsible for studying technical, operating and tariff questi

11、ons and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunications on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Conference (WTSC), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the ITU-T study groups which, in turn, produce Recommendation

12、s on these topics. The approval of ITU-T Recommendations is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSC Resolution 1. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a collaborative basis with IS0 and IEC. NOTE In this Recommendation,

13、the expression “Administration“ is used for conciseness to indicate both a telecommunication administration and a recognized operating agency.
