ITU-T Recommendation 4.831.1 Access management for V5 Summary This Recommendation specifies an ensemble for the access management of V5. The management dom
7、ain taken into account in this Recommendation is depicted in Figure 1 and covers: o the provisioning of V5 based transport bearer services of an access network; the configuration of access network resources required for such services, and the coordination of element configuration between access netw
8、ork and service nodes. o o This Recommendation covers management operations necessary for a transmission-technology independent management of narrowband transport bearer services (PSTN, ISDN and leased line) across V5 Service Port Functions. This includes the configuration and provisioning of both V
9、5 based transport bearer services and their affected resources. Source ITU-T Recommendation 4.83 1.1 was prepared by ITU-T Study Group 4 (1 997-2000) and approved under the WTSC Resolution 1 procedure on 4 February 2000. FOREWORD The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is the United Nations
10、specialized agency in the field of telecommunications. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of ITU. ITU-T is responsible for studying technical, operating and tariff questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunications
11、 on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Conference (WTSC), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the ITU-T study groups which, in turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of ITU-T Recommendations is covered by the procedure la
12、id down in WTSC Resolution 1. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a collaborative basis with IS0 and IEC. NOTE In this Recommendation, the expression “Administration“ is used for conciseness to indicate both a telecommunic

21、ion Q.831.1 Access management for V5 1 General information 1.1 Scope and purpose This Recommendation specifies an ensemble for the access management of V5. The management domain taken into account in this Recommendation is depicted in Figure 1 and covers: o the provisioning of V5 based transport bea
