7、e network element view First revision incorporated the changes documented in the G.774 Corrigendum 1 (1996). Summary This Recommendation provides an information model for the synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH). This model describes the managed object classes and their properties that are useful to
8、describe information exchanged across interfaces defined in ITU-T M.3 O 1 O telecommunications management network (TMN) architecture. This Recommendation specialises the generic object classes of ITU-T M.3 100 to provide management information specifically for the SDH. 0911 992 I Document history In

ITU-T G.774 (02/2001) i FOREWORD The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is the Un
10、ited Nations specialized agency in the field of telecommunications. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of ITU. ITU-T is responsible for studying technical, operating and tariff questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telec
11、ommunications on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the ITU-T study groups which, in turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of ITU-T Recommendations is covered by the p
12、rocedure laid down in WTSA Resolution 1. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a collaborative basis with IS0 and IEC. NOTE In this Recommendation, the expression “Administration“ is used for conciseness to indicate both a t
13、elecommunication administration and a recognized operating agency.
