2、tion, are likely to cause more interference to sound broadcasting in the Tropical Zone, than fixed stations, particularly when operated within the shared bands, when using class of emission A3E, UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDS that, wherever possible, administrations should avoid the operation of mobile stations in the Tropical Zone within the bands shared with broadcasting, particularly as regards the use of class of emission A3E by such mobile stations.
